The College of Science offers two online master’s programs, one in Statistics and the other in Mathematics.
Master of Science (M.S.) in Statistics
The online Master of Science (M.S.) in Statistics has served more than 300 students since 2007. Students enrolled in this program earn the same degree and diploma as local students, and many are able to continue working full time while earning their degree. Since all courses are 100 percent online, students can start at any time. In addition, online office hours and a wide range of electives are offered.

This 36-semester hour graduate program is designed for individuals interested in mathematics, with a particular desire to teach in K-12 and community colleges or in computational math. Primarily this program is intended for individuals with a solid background in mathematics, such as a degree in a mathematically related subject.
