Pre-Professional Programs
(Pre-Med, Pre-Dent, Pre-Law, Pre-Vet)
The College of Science serves as a top feeder for students entering medical and dental schools from Texas A&M, one of the state's top feeders overall among Texas universities for professional study programs. Many of those students select a degree program in science to complete their pre-requisite courses with the help of the Office of Professional School Advising, which works with students of all majors to help them prepare.
Scholarship Program
Our former students and friends of the college have always been committed to scholarships to benefit the next generation of health care industry professionals through the generosity of some of its current leaders. With a goal of 1 million dollars, the gifts, pledges and endowments stand at about $827,000. This program supports the next generation of health care professionals that will shape the health and wholeness of our society for years to come!
