About Bryan-College Station
Bryan-College Station, home of Texas A&M University, consistently is rated as one of the most livable metropolitan areas in the nation.
Centrally located among three of the country's 10 largest cities (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) and just over an hour from the state capitol (Austin), B-CS boasts a combined population in excess of 155,000, including the Texas A&M student body.
The community, highlighted by the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum, has excellent school systems, shopping centers, hospitals, and restaurants. The twin cities are home to a high proportion of professional people and feature many of the advantages of a cosmopolitan center without the disadvantages of a congested urban environment.
